Hard as hell

This so far has been the most difficult exercise in the book. The first day I did great and it went downhill from there. The first day I was mostly at home, so I didn't have to interact with many people. As a speaker of both English and Chinese (poor as it is) I have found it even more difficult because I count it when I use either language to communicate the 'meaning' of the words I, My, Me, Mine, Myself. So far I have never said myself or mine.

You're right man, this is well hard. One and a half days into it now. Forgot to take paper and pen with me so I have about 70 marks so far. First day I only talked to someone twice and complete;y forgot I was doing the exercise. I realized that my conversation must be automatic. Caught myself later on and started to talk less or take a while to formulate my sentences. The fear of sounding weird to people is also quite prominent.
