Computerized Clock Empty
PostSubject: Computerized Clock   Computerized Clock I_icon_minitimeFri Dec 25, 2009 8:37 pm

Truth be told I no longer have an analog clock or watch. I downloaded some software that emulates an analog and used that. I have used two different programs. One of them has the minute hand move a bit forward at about 20 second intervals, the other has the minute hand move at one minute intervals. I found this exercise easier with the one that moves a bit as the minute passes, as it seems to provide some interest. I found with the one that moves after a minute, I am more likely to drift off. I have decided to keep using the more difficult one, as it exercises my mental muscles a bit more.

For those interested I am using a free computer clock screen saver: http://www.clock-screen-saver.com/ (honestly not an ad for them, just useful for this purpose)

I have a Vista machine, and I just use the preview screen saver mode to get it to come up when I want.
